How to Get a Building Permit
1)Driveway permit needed for all new driveway. Issued from the selectman's office. Refundable bond of $1,000 upon completion of driveway.
2)Zoning/Wetlands, Zoning office open Monday and Tuesday mornings only, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Zoning Permit fee is $45.00. Telephone: 434-7733, Bernard Gigliotti, e-mail: zoning@twnlyme.org

4) Building inspector, Ronald Rose, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, by appointment only. Please call Mr. Rose at 434-1605 ext. 214.
